He dresses like that all the time, not just when he knows he's going to be on TV. I can't color coordinate clothes without the help of my wife, so I for one will not be throwing stones... I think that is the biggest frustration with contact and interference penalties, widely inconsistent. Its annoying to see essential the same type of contact be called differently.
