Easy in hindsight to say should've picked up his option. He had a nice finish last season, but he missed a lot of time with injuries after his rookie year.

Question now is, do you pay him?

Exactly, I think it was the right decision at the time though it looks the wrong decision right now.

Let’s hope he can hold up the whole year, because if he goes down injured again that could impact what we do too. I’m interested to see what White can do too given our run blocking seems to be much improved.

You love to see it but I am worried how convenient it is to perform this well in a contract year. I know so much has changed as far as play calling, scheme, personnel, etc vs. the last couple years but still...

We've seen this Josh Jacobs before, problem is he gets nicked up. He was playing hurt and looked slow last season. But really came on late and was a big reason they made the playoffs.

If he's healthy and has the juice, he's as good as any back in the league. Raiders are hard to beat when he's rolling and Carr can run play action.

This…but this offense depends on him so he kinda has all the leverage. from last half season till today he’s been ballin and carrying us he looks great. 3 yr deal won’t hurt
