If Cleveland still projects at #1, I cannot see them passing on Sam Darnold, which is the looming question to whether he declares or not.

At this point of the season, I am almost certain that Denver selects a QB unless they take one in free agency.

Chicago, desperately needs an upgrade at the WR position but this is a weaker class, so I can see why you projected another position. Although, it doesn’t make any sense to factor in trades this early, I can see them actually trading back in the draft to get their weapon.

I highly doubt that Carolina would pass on Calvin Ridley if he’s still on the board because they need a replacement for Kelvin Benjamin.

Philadelphia needs another tackle although we recently signed Will Beatty, who happens to be under a 1-year deal. This is an OL heavy draft, so  more than likely, we will get our guy no matter how many goes in the first-round.

im not sure the jags view WR as a huge need at this time.  with arob and Lee being free agents that could change some but even then we would still have 3 guys who are solid with Hurns, Dede Westbrook, and Keelan Cole.

They may have PTSD from the last Ok State receiver also...

i wasnt really wanting Justin anyways. i felt like he was a bit overated and had a substance abuse problem. turns out i was half right with the substance abuse.  honestly im not sure who i even want there. 2 much of a reach for the next QB IMO

There is a lot of love for Chubb on the 49er forum, though I think that it's a bad fit. I could be wrong, but I don't see where we would put him. What we really need is a LEO and try as I might, I just can't see Chubb playing LEO at 275-280 and succeeding. We tried it this year with Armstead. I think that Chubb is a better fit at the big DE position where we are already okay. I think that Key / Landry is the better fit as a LEO though #2 may be too early for either. My personal preference is Nelson with our first pick this year - I think he's a stud plug and play guy, and the interior offensive line in SF is just pathetic, so I think that's a huge impact. But I also understand the reaction to the idea of drafting a guard in the top 2 or 3.

Too early for a guard, way too early for Mayfield, chargers aren't drafting an offensive lineman in rd 1, Forrest lamp is our left tackle of the future, and Harold Landry is not falling that far. Derwin before Minkah

It would be the most Browns thing ever to take a RB, the most draft valued position beyond round 1, at #1 overall instead of a sure-fire franchise QB, and then proceed to take the 3rd best QB prospect (at best) with their 2nd 1st round pick.

If this happens I'll take a break from the NFL for a long time.

Lamp was always projected at guard, and wasn't he playing guard when he got hurt?

That guys says a lot of bold things and doesn't waiver. To the point he appears as if he believes he knows it all. But I know he doesn't believe that because he has been wrong plenty. Especially with mocks.

Why is that? Please do tell. Lol

Don't get me wrong, our ILB's aren't great, but Blake Martinez is good, Jake Ryan is ok and we just spent a 2nd on Josh Jones to be a hybrid S/LB. If we spent a 1st on an ILB, I would destroy everything in my path. The Packers need EDGE Rushers and CB's. Our DL is actually ok and so are our safeties.
