Rosen, Baker, Keenum/Teddy (if MIN lets one go), McCarron, Eli (if he doesn't retire), and maybe a couple others would all be possible. Bortles is a terrible fit with Fournette and is clearly holding the team back. I don't think they pass on possible QB replacements last year just to do it again this year unless Blake improved quite a bit (which he hasn't, just hasn't turned it over as much due to how we're making him play so that he doesn't single handedly lose us games like before at times).
