Game #9 - vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Early game for a change.

The Jaguars are better than last season, but I hesitate to say much better. With Patrick Mahomes on pace to break Mannings single season yardage record, despite the Chiefs playing four top 10 defenses in eight games, it makes one wonder when the OMG game will come. For his 2018 MVP season, that was the Steelers game where Mahomes threw for six TDs. Could this be the week launches?

The Jags are significantly better compared to last year.

Should probably try Niang out asap (if healthy):

Starting right tackle Andrew Wylie, whose tenure with the Chiefs dates back to his time on the practice squad in 2017, gave up 8 total pressures (7 QB hurries, 1 QB hit) in the win over the Titans, per PFF. He now has 28 total pressures allowed this season (19 QB hurries, 6 sacks, 3 QB hits) along with having 7 penalties called on him through 8 games, according to PFF.

😐

There is an interesting choice of PS player to elevate. He's the recently acquired safety Ugo Amadi. His skillset has been compared to Tyrann Mathieu without the personality. He can play nickel CB if Sneed is out or blitzing.

Yeah, can’t wait to have Niang back in the lineup. To be fair tho, both tackles have been rough this year.
