Even with the safe pick we blew it. See Robert gallery, and all the experts agreed he was the top tackle that year. SMH, and all I wanted for Christmas was that Qb from Miami of Ohio....that’s ok we got our guy 3 yrs later...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

What a draft of Qbs to get Gallery…

Waller has been salty since the Adams trade because he and his agent were hoping that he was going to be sent to Green Bay as a part of the deal where he would've been the #1 option and highest paid TE in the league from the jump. That's what led to him missing most of training camp and firing his agent so that they could scramble to get a new deal done here. The Packers called again on Waller a few weeks ago, Waller and his camp asked for the team to go through with it, DZ wanted to do it but MD was super against it and JMD didn't want to do it either. This has caused a bunch of drama within the locker room, Waller has been milking his injury for weeks and could've came back but was really pushing to be traded. All of this has essentially been confirmed by the athletic at this point.

• Abram, Hankins, and a few other guys also approached the team and asked to be traded leading up to the deadline. Hankins obviously ended up getting traded but Abram didn't and so he asked to be released due to diminishing playing time. Apparently a lot of the returnees haven't taken too well to Patrick Graham or JMD because they've tended to favor their own players like Harmon, Bolden, etc. A lot of the returnees are also apparently salty that we let go of Rich.

Well I knew something was up with Waller, that flippin explains it. Get him gone. Fire jmd and MD. keep Ziegler cuz apparently he’s got sense and thinks with his head not his heart. And there’s the scholarship thing rearing it’s ugly head. What a mess!!

i wanted to keep Gus Bradley the defense was ok for what we had, and i wanted him to add players to fit his scheme, our corners were atrocious under him he should have gotten the chance to add more talent.

just an old story on Bradley.

So Waller got his deal, but still wanted to be traded to be “the guy” how quickly the humbleness went away. 4 yrs ago he was a practice squad recovering addict, now he’s the man. Thanks NY, this certainly makes things clearer.

Are we sure Waller just didn't want to get away from Carr and rather play with A Rod?
