Scoundrel
Seoul: Offensive Strategy: Formations: 11 Personnel(50%), 12 Personnel(50%)Scheme: Pass(55%), Run(45%)Tempo: Normal Passing: We look to come out passing a bit more this week. In 12 personnel, we look to get MVS and Pickens deep, with Kelce and Freiermuth working the intermediate game. We will have the same concepts in 11 personnel, with Pickens sliding into the slot and MVS/Jones providing deep threats. We will also look to get our RB’s involved in the passing game this week, and look to work them into the flats behind Kelce. We want to get our RB’s matched up with Singapore’s LB’s in both the passing and running game. Running: Per usual, we will bring our strong rushing attack to this matchup and look to sustain long drives. Pierce and Walker will both get 15+ touches whether in the running game or passing. Singapore brings a pretty stout DL on the inside, but that won’t stop us from testing it. We will run with more man blocking concepts this week. Singapore’s DL is pretty stout on gap control so we will focus more on getting a push, rather than finding the cut back lanes with zone concepts. Goal in the run game is to keep the DL occupied and make Singapore’s 2nd level defenders make the first tackle on our RB’s. Defensive Strategy: Formations: Base: 4-2-5 Nickel Subpackage: 2-3-6 Passing: We will bring plenty of zone concepts this week, with a healthy rotation between Cover 2/3/6. We want to take away the big play from Singapore and force their QB’s to sustain long drives without committing the critical mistakes. We will look to run some man between the 40’s on 1st and 2nd down. If Singapore rolls to more 4 WR formations in our base defense, we will roll back to our zone concepts. Man assignments Paulson Adebo – Mike Evans Trent McDuffie – Davante Adams Taron Johson – Devonta Smith Kwon Alexander – TE Demario Davis - RB Subpackage Alignment Edge: Sam Williams / Boogie Basham DL: Josh Paschal / Payton Turner DL: Dexter Lawrence / Payton Turner Edge: Joe Tryon / Boogie Basham LB: Demario Davis] Rover: Bryan Cook CB: Trent McDuffie CB: Kaiir Elam NB: Taron Johnson FS: Richie Grant SS: Kerby Joseph In Subpackages, we look to run plenty of stunts between our IDL and Edge players, we want to test Singapore’s OL to adjust to the speed up of subpackage players. Rushing: We won’t push much emphasis on stopping the run this week. Our DL will play gap concepts and let our LB’s flow to the ball if Singapore decides to go more run heavy. Singapore Sentinels Motivation: Playoffs start this week in Singapore. Taking on our old familiar foe in Seoul. Offensive Strategy Formations: 3 WR (50%)/ 4 WR (35%)/ 2 RB (15%) Scheme: Pass (60%) vs Run (40%) When we Pass Carr will take advantage of Kaiir Elam being Out this week and take to the air again. To start the game – Mike Evans and DeVonta Smith are the outside/Deep WRs. Davante Adams and Foster Moreau will do the work over the middle with crossing routes and slants to get clean separation. Jakobi Meyers will rotate in at Slot to let Adams move outside and give Smith a rest and also be the 4th WR as we spread out the thin Dragons secondary. Not focusing on any one target this week as Carr will take what he is given and use his greatly upgraded weapons to pour it on the Seoul defense. When we Run Herbert and Drake will get the majority of the carries this week with Hunt spelling them. We will use outside zone runs to stretch the Dragon’s DL out because they have a stout middle and set up the pass for Carr with some play action. The versatility of our offensive weapons allows them to line up in multiple spots and give Carr a quick out to move the ball. Not a Surprise anymore – Daniel Jones will get some wildcat work in the redzone. We like what he can do in an RPO like situation and our upgrading receiving targets will benefit him as well. We need everything and the Kitchen sink to keep our playoff hopes alive. Defensive Strategy Formation: 4-3/4-2-5 Nickel Pass Rush Nwosu and his 7 sacks will fluster DangeRuss and keep him off his game. Omenihu has been bringing almost as much pressure as his IRL teammate Bosa this season and will get a chance to this week in a starting role. Ingram/Oweh come in off the bench to keep the pressure on Wilson. Bentley will be the 5th rusher on a blitz occasionally on stunts up the middle to collapse the pocket. Run Defense D.J. Jones and Matt Ioannidis will form a wall to force the runs outside for Pierce. Hankins is added beef into the rotation. Greenlaw and Barnes will fill their gaps and limit yards after contact. Ingram will also give our guys up front a rest. Bentley will be a spy on the QB to run. Pass Defense Formation - Cover 1 Man Hybrid/ Cover 3 Zone John Johnson will cover Travis Kelce with help over the top from McCourty. Greenlaw will cover the RB out of the backfield. In Nickel Desmond King comes in although with Hardman out this week we don’t fear this a lot. If they go 2 TE we will bring in a Bid Nickel with newly paid Adrian Phillips taking the 2nd TE. Damarii Mathis has been playing well as a starter and he and Fuller will help keep our guys fresh to run with the Dragons all day. Mooney Ward, Jonathan Jones and Devin McCourty will be responsible for the deep-third zones in the Cover 3. Coverage Assignments: · Travis Kelce / John Johnson III S & Devin McCourty S · MVS / Mooney Ward CB · George Pickens / Jonathan Jones CB · Pat Freiermuth / Adrian Phillips S · Marvin Jones / Desmond King II CB
bcb1213
I think Seoul is able to run the ball more effectively against a suspect front 7 against the run and controls the clock enough to win a snoozefest with two really struggling QB Seoul 13-10
VigilantZombie
Singapore boosted their offense at the expense of theor defensem i think that really hurts them in this game. Seoul 17-
Jlash
I like Sing Sing's defensive game plan a lot especially for Kelce, and even with Carr not playing great his weapons are at great advantages here in this one and I think they pull out the win. Blue
Strongly disagree on Damarri Mathis playing well as a starter, he's been victimized and targeted by opposing teams. This is a real tough one, but I'm gonna go with Seoul for correctly anticipating the passing focus from Singapore and planning well for it. rackcs
Neither quarterback has been great this year but at least Carr has some weapons to work with. I think it's close but that's what gives Singapore the edge.
Pickle Rick
I like Carr to do more in this game
MD4L
A defensive struggle but I think Carr makes one more play then Wilson. The weapons make a big difference.

This is my exact feelings on this one. The Seoul run game is very dangerous and I think often overlooked in this league and I think they are able to control the clock and make the difference here.
