Week 12: Houston Texans (1-9-1) @ Miami Dolphins (7-3)

Coming off our bye, we face by far the easiest game on paper left on our schedule. While the Texans notoriously had our number for the first decade of their existence, we snapped our loss streak against them in 2015, and since won two of our last three matchups. I'm kinda glad we have this game following the bye, as it gives us a chance to regain any momentum that may have cooled during the break.

I will be concerned if this game is in any way close. My prediction...

Houston 16
Miami 38

Fins should win it pretty handily.  I hope I'm wrong, but I think this ends up a really Wilson/Mostert heavy game.  Texans are abysmal against the run.

Is this tanking or is Kyle Allen going to give us more of a challenge? I know there were Texans fans who believed Mills was the steal of the 2021 draft.

Telling Allen on FRIDAY that he's going to be the starting QB seems like a tank move to me. He's not playing well and doesn't seem at all prepared.

I have also noticed Jackson getting bullied on multiple occasions. I thought he would be more likely to play at LG than RT. As of right now he looks like he may be a backup. 

Hopefully Armstead is ok. After Tua getting bent like a pretzel, I wonder if we don't let Skylar get some snaps. We're up 30 at half. Do we need to risk more injuries?

Well, you can instantly see the difference in protection when Armstead is out. Whole OL takes a major step back

Austin Jackson is doing very poorly in his return.

Austin Jackson out a RT. Shell now at RT with Greg Little at LT. Unclear if Jackson is injured or if Jackson has been pulled for poor performance.

He's out with an ankle injury
