What's Lamar Jackson's trade value?

I have a weird theory that if Lamar gets traded, it's to Washington. Snyder sells the farm for Lamar and gives him a MONSTER contract as a final FU to the NFL to reset the QB market again and make paying QBs absurd.

That would be hilarious.

Think Cleveland already beat him to it.

A really good roster with a really good QB. Is that not a fantastic spot?

We're giving up our future plus paying him the highest contract at the position. Ehh....Ravens are a better organization than we can ever be and haven't reached the heights they'd hope with him.

Just think where the Ravens would be right now if they didn't try to slow play and Dak Prescott Lamar?

Signed him long term "before" Watson, Rodgers and Wilson. Blew him out of the waters before those contracts F'd everything up. The amount of money they could of saved?

Ala Wentz, Goff (33M) then Jerry finally having to pay Dak 40+M.

Giving up your future? You need a QB to have a future.

Giving up your future by giving up a couple of secondary players and some draft capital, which you've previously used on horrible QB's anyways?

Hardly.

Lamar refused to negotiate. Not much the Ravens could have done.

Did he refuse before any offer was even made, or after a low balled offer was possibly given? Guess that's the downside to picking up the 5th year option, rather then saying let's make a deal, we want you long term!! You are the Future!

Ravens created this, not the other way around.

My thoughts as well. I don’t think Baltimore is a stud receiver away from being a Super Bowl squad. It’s tough to mortgage your entire future for Lamar when you’re likely not getting a different result.
