I thought the DPI call on Kohou was soft. We probably need to have someone other than a LB cover CMC in man-to-man. If Purdy is going to finish this game, we should just load the box and dare him to throw. We got gashed too many times on ground on that drive when we knew the run was coming.

I'm wondering if he's hurt or something. He's really missing some open throws. Tua seems like a cool customer so it's hard to think that it's just nerves. If it's nerves, yeah he needs to settle. Once he does, we'll be in business because our guys are getting open.

Refs are really helping San Francisco. Very soft DPI calls keeping drives alive. That ghost holding call was a killer.

But in all seriousness, it's hard to not feel like Josh Boyer is a fraud riding the coattails of Brian Flores. We have been average on defense at best. Only excuse is that we have a lot of injuries at DB. All credit to Sam Madison for keeping that unit together. Otherwise, you have to wonder if McDaniel will go in another direction at DC after this year.
