I'd imagine the Bears would bring him in. Eddie Jackson just went down and they were already short in the secondary. At some point you just need bodies.

We signed a different body (Adrian Colbert) already. Either would do an equal nothing for us.

Or the Eagles, maybe.

We'll pass respectfully.

I think I'd rather call up Malcolm Jenkins and ask him if he's got a few weeks in him lol.

I'd probably also rather elevate Marquise Blair from our practice squad.

There has to be better safeties on practice squads.

Abram would of been alright in the 90’s. He has no pass defensive abilities what so ever.

He would suck in any era. Just because he can occasionally make a big hit, does not mean he was a throwback player.

Asked to cover, he's toast. He can't breakdown, slow his feet and make a routine tackle, so unless he's hitting a target square at full speed, he offers nothing. Most the time he overruns the ballcarrier and whiffs completely.

Enjoy the XFL.

Couldn't even play on kick coverage he's so much of a penalty risk.

Yep, agree he’s actually not a very good tackler at all, his feet are all over the place, mentally just gets in the wrong spot so often and technique is poor. He’s ok when he can just lunge into people but he’s inaccurate and just as likely to be flagged or injure his own team. Would have been a liability even in the halcyon days of DB play.

Arguably, the only career improvement he made to his game was he stopped hurting your own teammates. Year 2 (after missing his rookie season) he was constantly missing ball carriers and blasting his teammates. Sent poor Gareon Conley off in the cart lol
