He always had talent, but for some reason, the coaches always seemed to be annoyed with him, which kept him off the field a good bit in his early years and Steeler fans never really knew why. Yeah, could be similar. But Harrison didn't have the added issues of PED suspensions. So take Collins pissing off coaches in practices and add these PED suspensions and boom, he gone.
