ProFootballFocus Top/Bottom at every position, as of Week 13 2022

A disclaimer: I do not own a PFF subscription but my friend does and sent me this list to post it. PFF is obviously flawed, and in some cases downright laughable, I do not necessarily share their opinions on the top/worst players. Still, this should be interesting. Keep in mind their new player grade scale lists players via a 1-100 format. Also keep in mind that players of most positions who do not have a certain Snap % are not included (I think its like 25%).

How on earth is Dennis Daley only sixth worst at tackle?  Is it because he's only a way below average run blocker?  Surrendering sacks at the highest rate of any player at the position in the last decade really ought to be a hard thing for any metric to overcome.

Luckily for him this week, Travon Walker and Josh Allen don’t sack QB’s.

I don’t get why Jalen Pitre is so low - maybe it’s his run support? His coverage seems average with a few flashes of brilliance. I dunno.

Ditto on Kenyon Green, too - I see him manhandling people on run plays, but he gets spun around and beaten in pass protection. I’m not saying he’s the best, but bottom 5? Hmmm.

Christian Harris looks like a rookie who missed TC and the preseason; There are flashes when you see what he can be, but admittedly there is a lot of improvement needed.

Scott Quessenberry is an embarrassment to the profession.

I hear you but fielding Greg Little is literally worse than just trotting out 10 players.

From the screenshots I was given, Jalen Pitre has a "RDEF" score of 41.0, "PRUSH" of 71.2 and "COV" of 53.4.

Kenyon Green has a "PBLK" of 26.3 and "RBLK" of 51.5.

I would say Milano is def a top 5 LB this year which would be my only contest. But Spencer Brown being in the bottom top of tackles is correct too.

I know he was included with the Week 9 update, but I don't see him on my friend's screenshot (which usually only includes the top 10 or so), so he must've fallen below that. His PFF page says his grade is 74.3 (down by almost 5 from what it was four weeks ago, interestingly), although afaik there's no way to check the rank without a subscription.

Interesting, thanks. Maybe I’m seeing Pitre wrong, and maybe Green looks good in comparison to other Texans OL…

I haven't been watching many Texans games this season, but I do recall him getting benched in the game against the Dolphins a couple weeks ago. The commentators mentioned he was struggling, too - were they exaggerating?

Pitre? Not sure if he’s been benched. Green, yeah - it’s night/day on his run blocking vs his pass blocking, and it’s not like the running game has been very good either.
