Superduperman
I was assuming that he's still around just in case they have to put him in at some point, but now I see he's not even practicing, much less playing. Unless he's doing some kind of specific duties to aid the coaching staff, which I haven't heard of if so, then why keep him?
General Tso
He's just there for the veteran presence for the young guys. He's at the point he understands the team wants to head in a different direction and it's not like we're hurting for a roster spot.
Just Want A Title
I think we will see him along with Big H get released in the off-season. Michael Brockers was a good bridge player that was a big help in the locker room but his performance doesn't justify his contract at this point. To me, letting him finish out the season on the roster is a sign of respect.
Nnivolcm
According to MCDC he has had a big impact on developing the younger guys. I wouldn't be shocked to see him retire after this season and become an assistant coach. Edited December 15, 2022 by Nnivolcm

I think its because if we cut him now, his cap hit is bigger than it is with him on the payroll. He will be cut or retired next year I am sure.
