What’s the move? I think he should get canned after this abomination of a season, highlighted by terrible decisions, horrible coordinators, a lack of adjustments, and losing to teams with 1/4 of the talent we have. Plus, we play with zero heart, passion, or intensity. The players have lost all respect and trust for the coaches.

Time to completely blow up the coaching staff, sadly.

I think you owe it to everyone to give him a full year of Watson while blowing up the defense and ST coordinators.

If you get this in 2023, you blow it all up including the GM who is worthless.

I don’t see a Stefanski as the issue at all.  Even today we had 3 dropped passes in the end zone.  What’s a coach to do with that?

I’m not super happy with how he coached today, but I still think he can be a very good HC.

 

We need to see him with a full season with Watson and ideally a new DC and ST’s coach.

Coach schemes up 3 plays that result in a receiver open enough to make a play in the end zone and a throw from the QB that hits the receiver in the hands and the ******* mouth breathers start hollering about the coach.

Doesn’t matter who they hire, they’ll be banging thing drum to fire them in no time too.

If Cooper catches that TD and Njoku doesn’t doink the last one, we win 20-17 in a “hard fought windy snow game” where our defense lets us down. Can’t catch the ball for these guys.

Or if DPJ makes an admittedly tough catch right before the Njoku drop.  
 

The scheme was fine, the execution wasn’t.  It was one game and this incredibly fickle fanbase goes from “let’s compete and play hard” to “fire this bum”.  It’s comical.

I’m fine with talking about firing a guy if he deserves it. Stefanski does not. I think he needs a full training camp with Watson where you gear up the offense where he will actually start the season. If we see crappy results then yeah we can start the discussion. 
 

Oh and fire Joe Woods. Yeah that. And if he doesn’t then yeah we can start the discussion.
