BDL Discussion Thread 2023

The other problem is Huntley's a pretty small dude for a QB. 6'1 and 200lbs... that superman **** works when you're built like Allen, Newton and Luck, not when you're a slight QB who lacks reach and strength.

I don't think there's anything too wrong with what Dobbins said tbh. It obviously is an implied criticism of the playcalling, but in reality it's just more a competitive player who's disappointed they lost and he wasn't given the opportunity to make a difference.

Even then, no one does it from more much more than a half yard out and they know that they can't just reach out if they are stuffed before any real forward movement.

Mock a lock

1.1 Berlin- Bryce Young QB Bama

The small guy is the apple of Rag’s eye.

1.2 Seoul- CJ Stroud QB OSU

Can’t keep Russ at that price and have the chance to get a franchise QB here.

1.3 Gotham- Jalen Carter INT UGA

Elite potential to pair with Chris Jones.

1.4 Raleigh- Will Anderson Jr Edge Bama

Top edge rusher to pair with Jermaine Johnson from last draft.

1.5 Anchorage- Jaxon Smith-Njigba WR OSU

Added to Ja’Marr and Jameson to form the Three JA’s.

1.6 Hungary- Myles Murphy Edge Clemson

An athletic rusher with great size. This defense could use help everywhere.

1.7 Greenland- Christian Gonzalez CB Oregon

Gonzalez, Lattimore and Woolen is quite a trio

1.8 Raleigh- Quentin Johnston WR TCU

Big and fast. Raleigh needs a number 1.

1.9 Cuba- Jordan Addison WR USC

Addison groups nicely with Jefferson. With Allen and Williams FA’s this is a need for now.

1.10 New Orleans- Joey Porter Jr CB PSU

NOLA adds a top cover man here at 10.

1.11 Gotham- Bijan Robinson RB Texas

Robinson is the type of back that could be very valuable if Gotham wants to keep running those 4 wide sets. A hell of a receiver and a very good rushing prospect can be an alpha back for this offense.

1.12 Ivory Coasy- Tuli Tuipulotu INT USC

Can play edge it’s inside a versatile Dlinemen for a team that loves their pass rushers.

1.13 Berlin- Kelee Ringo CB UGA

All the athletic potential in the world he still needs to be molded but he’s young and the hopes are he develops into a lock down guy and reaches his potential.

1.14 Cancun- Cam Smith CB Scar

Battle tested SEC corner

1.15 Rome- Peter Skoronski

Rome grabs a top olinemen. BCB is good at scouting these fellers don’t know his thoughts on this one but just feels like a fit.

1.16 Anchorage- Jalin Hyatt WR Tennessee

We go from the three JA’s to the four JA’s!

Looks like the Chargers are keeping Brandon Staley, lol. What a ****show of an organization, feel so bad for Justin Herbert.

They at least fired the OC, maybe the new one will have some idea how to scheme a run game that can be close to respectful

Doesn't matter if Staley is still the one calling the shots. And for being a defensive coach by trade, his defenses in LA have been terrible.
