I get it, people want everyone who is qb needy to want carr, and they want good compensation. The reality is we’ll have to settle for WHATEVER the best offer is, or cut him. Plain n simple.

I don’t know who “ya’ll” is but don’t group me in with anyone else. I have my own thoughts and opinions and they usually are backed up by sound logic.
I gave concrete examples of other QB’s that came from warm climates that effectively adjusted to playing in cold weather once they were forced to play in it regularly. Why is it impossible to deduct that Carr can’t do the same?

QBs are always over valued. I think we get a 1st plus a mid rounder even with the clause.

All it takes is one motivated buyer or two competing offers. Still holding out hope that we can get some good draft assets or possibly a player + draft picks.

I think a second in 2023 / a conditional second (can become a 1st) in 2024 would be fair.

Stidham seems like a guy that was a bit immature when the Patriots drafted him. He sat for a year behind Tom Brady to learn the system. He wasn't ready the next year when Cam Newton started. He watched the Patriots draft Mac Jones the next year. Mac Jones won the starting job as a rookie. At that point, Stiddy was probably thinking to himself, "If I ever get my chance, I am going to be ready for it.". Thank goodness the Raiders were the recipients of that. Hopefully, he keeps up the good play.

The best that I think the Raiders are going to get is a 2nd round pick for Carr. Carr will have his pick of the QB needy teams and they know that the Raiders HAVE to trade him.

Really like how Adams is gonna have some say on who the QB should be. Doesn’t mean they will select the one he wants but it shows that they’re willing to listen to their super star players

Maybe he’s distracted by the off the field stuff, but I don’t see the same guy either.
