Has the draft happened? Clearly, they are going to add likely 2-3 players on defense in the top 100 with potential to start.

All these comments, with no mention to the fact the roster is 6 months away from needing to be complete.

Arguably the least talented defense in the league got worse...

We need a rush of UCLA Bruins

sign Myles Jack, Jayon Brown, Fabian Moreau, Anthony Barr, Kenny young. I would be feeling a lot better about the defense

What did Jayon Brown do last year that would make him worth resigning ?

Spillman was alright because he was cheap but downgrade from Perryman.

Epps was the eagles worst starter and probably gets exposed this year. Paid good money too

Shelley might be a good move but Rock prolly gone.

Long and Frayson are depth.

Teamer is the Brandon Bolden on defense. Not sure why he was inked to a pay raise.

Willis and Jenkins are end of the roster depth.

counting on a practice squad player to be our interior pass rusher. Butler. Tillery was considered a draft bust for Chargers, and might be our starter lol

Nichols is getting paid 6m to be a ghost

Maybe for you and Ziegler, I have been talking about a lot of these dudes for months.

You would have given Seumalo the biggest OG contract because he was regarded as the top guard on the market and the same with most of these guys which means you wouldn't have been able to sign many of them. The reason most of theses guys ended up with less is because they held out trying to break the bank. So using hindsight to say you would have signed all those guys for that price doesn't make much sense.

Why couldn’t we have been the team to sign them when the price went down?

Not really. Mostly lateral, but some of you overrate certain players. Swapped out role players for role players in my view. Got rid of some injury plagued guys. Got some young guys with upside that could go either direction.

Only real spot of concern for me is LB. Perryman, when healthy was a great in run defense. That is a weak position group and not deep in the draft.

Should be able to upgrade CB and Dline in the draft improve the overall depth.
