Just saw he has his own thread. there's a thread. He's super strong, PFF had him as their 1 guard a few years back. He was really good in college but he keeps getting hurt. Due to his injuries and coaching changes, he was lost in the shuffle in Denver. There was talk of him emerging as a starter but he got hurt and lost out on the job. Then waived and picked up by the Raiders. I think he is talented and we needed more depth in the IOL. If they move Parham they need to draft/sign players and make the transition to the league/new offense easier by leaving them in their natural position.
