What would satisfy you most as a Washington fan, from the new Owner?

What are hoping to see from the new owner the most?

Very curious what my fellow Washington fan is thinking, now that the season is almost over & a new owner waits for us.

Well, it's alot of things. I for one actually don't hate the name, I don't love it but I don't hate it either. I think it has its place and a rebrand again might be something that needs to be really worked out. But, lets look at the pressing needs.

1.) Coaching staff is going to need an overhaul. My only fear with this offseason is it'll be too far into offseason to get into one of those prospective coaches someone could want. HOWEVER, and I am not saying he would leave for this job, but if new ownership came in and said "We'll give you control of personnel, you can pick your QB, and do whatever" it might be something that could lure Jim Harbaugh. Now I say that to say this, I think he's staying at Michigan, but control would be alluring.

2.)  Along with coaching staff, front office staff etc will be a focus. Any billionaire worth his salt is going to have an idea of what they'd look into or someone they could look to to assist with this.

3.) The branding of the team can change. I again like Commanders enough, but if the new owner really wants to endear themselves to the fandom, they'll take heed of this desire.

4.) Stadium severe repairs and renovations or something for the interim, but a new stadium is a need for the future. An absolute need.

I’d be afraid Harbaugh will do well to begin, and then his schtick would wear thin and he would be out after year 3.  I want a GM who is going to build this from the top down and hire a coach.

Hire a GM, bc that’s where it all should start. Hire a good GM & then the GM makes the HC hire, etc. etc.

The stadium is obviously huge but that’s still 4 or 5 years down the line.

New name and total cleaning of the house. I badly want a new name. I cannot stand commanders.

Scrap the Commanders, full new rebrand. Then hire a new GM and get out of the way.

I would be absolutely thrilled if 1 of 2 things happened from the new owner. I would love for Sean Payton to come in. I think he could really do wonders with this team and could attract some major free agents that could fill in the holes of this roster. If he signs elsewhere before we get a new owner, Louis Riddick would be my preferred GM.

Yeah, I’d love for either of those two things to happen or, I’d welcome Kyle Smith back as our next GM too & then I’d love for our new owner to allow the GM to pick & interview the next HC.

You know, the way it’s supposed to work & the way it does work in successful NFL organizations.
