Would prefer to see the Vikes find a running game that is physically more dominating. So tired of watching Cook dance around behind the LOS in short yardage situations. Maybe the OL is at fault and we should probably find a more stout Center, but I think there is a need for a back that can move a pile. Would think Nwangu and Chandler would be decent compliments if they move on from Cook. It seems intentional, at the very least, when he didn't have a lot of highlights this season, yet they managed to stretch it out for a minute and a half. They see the writing on the wall and he's made a few raised eyebrow comments in the last couple of weeks. They seem to be prepping for a collision course here. swede700 Posted February 27, 2023 Author Share Posted February 27, 2023 I think there were hints like this the last time his contract was going to be up...but, he should know that negotiating over social media is never really a good way to win public support, especially for a position that has been devalued as much as it has.
