Breaking: Bills open 21 day window for Micah Hyde and Jamison Crowder

WOW! Can you imagine if Hyde is ready for next week (if the Bills win) against the Bengals? Would be so so huge for our secondary. Poyer and Hyde would be back together, White on the CB1 spot, Taron in the slot. Almost just like they drew it up!!

Crowder is another sneaky addition that can help in the playoff stretch.

I don't think they would open the practice window and have them practice if there wasn't a realistic chance they will be playing in the next week or 2!

I'm not sure I'd want him in against the Bengals unless hes 100% or up to full speed. Joe Burrow gonna pick on him.

AFC Championship or SB would be my guess

I mean we're on our 3rd string safety (Marlowe) now that Hamlin and Hyde are/were injured. I'd almost rather have an 80% Hyde over a 3rd stringer..

Hyde just gave his press conference and he said he felt great and hasn't felt this fresh in January ever. As soon as the doctors give him the go ahead he said he's ready.

Will be interesting to track and follow!

I hope any QB would try and pick on him. Hyde on instinct alone is twice the player Marlowe or Jaquan Johnson are

I wonder how serious they are in both Crowder and Hyde playing in the playoffs? No harm in opening their window and practicing and if they're not ready they can just put them on IR. Could this be gamesmanship by McDermott and Beane?

I think both have a legitimate chance to play as early as next week. I say that only because McDermott ruled both out this week right away.

Wouldnt go that far lol

I'm just not keen on a guy jumping right in after missing the entire season. I mean, Tre White didnt look good his first couple games back

I would lol.

I think the main difference would be White was gone for over a year and had a mental hurdle to go with it.

Hyde at least had an entire off-season and 2(?) games this season before going down. I don't think the ramp up to playing would be as challenging for Hyde.

Somewhat agree but Tre Whites injury was an ACL and knee. I'm not sure what kind of pain Hyde was dealing with with the herniated disk but his knees and legs are fine and he said yesterday he hasn't had this much juice ever in January lol.

I'm also factoring Joe Burrow into the equation as a probable opponent the following week. Im glad Hyde is back but I'm a little concerned about his immediate effectiveness. I hope I'm wrong

Literally even if he's bad he cannot be worse than what we'd trot out there if he wasn't.
