He spent the majority of his starts at right guard. Vorhees has good size to him, and he is intelligent and tough. Playing guard looks like his best fit for the NFL. Round 5, Pick 146 overall Dontay Demus Jr., WR, Maryland Height: 6-3. Weight: 213. Projected 40 Time: 4.48. Projected Round (2023): 3-5.View Ranking History 12/31/22: Demus recorded 22 receptions for 233 yards and a touchdown in 2022. He does not look like the same player since the knee injury he suffered in 2021. 6/23/22: Demus was producing really well for Maryland in 2021 before being carted off the field against Iowa in early October and going out for the season. The 6-foot-3, 213-pound Demus was on his way to being a first-rounder thanks to showing a special combination of size and speed prior to getting hurt. In 2021, he averaged 18.1 yards per catch over 28 receptions for a total of 507 yards and three touchdowns. He flashed big-play ability in 2020 (24-365-4), 2019 (41-625-6) and 2018 (13-278) as well. Team sources think he could have still been a second-round pick had he entered the 2022 NFL Draft, despite his torn ACL. Round 7, Pick 201 overall B.T. Potter, K, Clemson Height: 5-10. Weight: 190. Two of his misses came in the 40-49-yard range, where he is 5-of-7 thus far this season. The other miss was from beyond 50 yards. Round 7, Pick 216 overall Logan Bonner, QB, Utah State Height: 6-1. Weight: 230. Projected 40 Time: 4.90. Projected Round (2023): 6-FA.View Ranking History 1/10/23: Bonner was superb in 2021, completing 61 percent of his passes for 3,628 yards, 36 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He was injured for a lot of 2022, but he has some arm talent to be a late-round sleeper in the 2023 NFL Draft. He will have a dead cap charge of $23M for 2023. I think he's proving he is still an elite player and the Packers would rather keep him in this case. If you do it after June 1, you can save $17M this year and spread the dead cap hit on 2023 and 2024. If you restructure his deal, you can save $7.8M or so on the cap this year. Pretty pedestrian athlete to take in the mid 1st. I don't think he comes out and runs a surprise low 4.4s--like Justin Jefferson did. This is a pretty weak draft class at RB, WR, and OL.
