This all depends upon what remuneration they want.

Definite’s for me would be:

Perryman, Jacobs, Johnson, Harmon, Eluemunor, Billings and Stidham.

Guys like Ferrell, Tillery, Hollins, Moreau, Abdullah, Parker could be role players in a limited capacity but it would depend upon how much they want as they are quite replaceable. For example, I wouldn’t bring Parker back at current cost but he could be a swing tackle if he came back cheap. Hollins ideally as a WR4 but not as WR2 on that money. Tillery for cheap as a specialist on pass downs as he’s awful against the run.

Ya Sin I’d like to bring back as a contender for CB2 but depends upon cost.

figure out DC trade

Cut/trade Bolden, James, Nichols

Resign Jacobs, Ya-Sin, Hollins, Ferrell, Elu, Harmon, Billings, Moreau, Stidham, Teamer, Perryman. Would only break bank for JJ.

Teamer sucks, I hope that was the end of him. I think Jacobs will cost 14-5m

I wonder if Harmon, Moreau, Elu, Billings would come back for cheap. If so, they are no brainers. But there are a lot of value free agents who can fill their spots. It's nice to be 2 deep at TE, especially with Waller injury history. Wonder if there's a cheap vet out there who's an upgrade.

I think we keep all of them except for Moreau who gets a shot at starting for some other team. Really want Billings 🙏and Harmon back though...

Moreau and Eluemunor maybe but I think Harmon and Billings you’d have trouble replacing for similar money so you’d be better off just paying them as they’d not want big deals I don’t think.

To be fair to Eluemunor too he has a bit of versatility and if he can cut down on the penalties he’s decent at least.

Moreau I can see wanting to try and test FA in hopes of getting a starter role as @Ryno says above. None of the others will break the bank so don’t create extra holes to fill IMO, that would be a false economy.

FWIW Spotrac has Moreau's market value at 4 yr/$36M.

a couple guys I'm higher on than most

  • Neil Farrell - he was the NT2 just a year ago. He had a redshirt year, and now everybody thinks nothing of him. I would skip on NT and see how he does in year 2
  • Thayer Munford - I thought he flashed. He was thrown into the wolves and held his own. I thought he was a steal in the draft, and his year1 doesn't change my mind
  • Luke Masterson- I thought he flashed too. I want to see Masterson and Deablo battle for one LB spot. I wouldn't be surprised to see Masterson emerge
  • Sincere McCormick  - this is not based off anything I seen in the NFL, but we wanted to keep him around. He is really explosive and can catch at a high level. I think he makes Amer, and Bolden expendable. I think he can be a solid 3rd down back, and will be cheap for the next 3 years.

Id definitely be keeping all 4 and looking for improved contribution. Masterson definitely impressed, hopefully Deablo is back but I don’t think either would dictate that we shouldn’t look at other LB especially in FA as id be surprised if we keep Perryman.

Farrell & Munford are in the same spot, if they can be decent depth thats great but we can’t count on either to be starters this year.

McCormick will be interesting to see how it plays out, Bolden should be gone but I’d expect more carries for White this year.
