rob_shadows
After looking into them a bit more I'm changing my opinion on the LB and am on the Campbell bandwagon.

Just looked at more sources for draft profiles on the guys. The main thing that worried me (and still does) with Campbell his speed (or lack thereof) potentially limiting his range but everything I'm reading says he's far better than To'oTo'o in pretty much everything but athleticism and ultimately I think we'd be better off taking the guy with the more refined skill set than the guy with the better athletic profile who needs more work before he can be a solid contributor. Smart, instinctive guys can make up for a lack of athleticism. Luke Kuechly ran a 4.58 at 240.

ESPN used to have it but now you have to have ESPN+ and I can't sign up as a Canadian. Campbell was a forward in HS basketball on a team where someone went to the NBA, someone was playing at Duke, etc. I'm guessing he'll run around 4.62 - 4.64. I'm more interested in his vert and broad jump to see how explosive he is.

Yeah when I searched the only thing I could find was his "estimated 40 time" which said 4.70, March 2nd (start of on field workouts for the combine) can't come soon enough. This ex NFL scout is giving him a 1st round grade and comparing him to a guy our FO is familiar with - Chris Spielman. Combine will be huge for him as he could be an end of 1st round guy or deep into the 2nd based on his testing.
HashtagFTW
Okudah is only 23 and basically finished his rookie year. I'm not a fan of giving up on his development quite yet. I'm also putting a priority on drafting Witherspoon. I'm completely sold on him. I also really like Campbell after looking into him more. If he was freelancing, as some have speculated, it would be another piece of the puzzle on why we may decide to move on.
