The more this went on the more I was thinking he was waiting to see if Gannon got a HC job and that the position he was potentially eyeing was replacing him as Eagles DC (which many suspected was the reason he joined the Eagles as a consultant in the first place, given that Gannon was a HC candidate last year too).
