If this was somebody who worked under Dante Scarnaccia (former New England OL coach - and arguably the best OL coach in football history) I’m comfortable with this hire.

These are the parts of NE you want to grab. The support staff/assistant positional coaches who made guys like BoB, Josh McDaniels and Matt Patricia look good at their jobs.
