Yes, but this is probably the equivalent to the Redskins signing Jason Hatcher when his career was winding down. Campbell is still a good player, but he's a shell of what he once was. He’ll be 34 when the season starts next year.

Could be.  As stated in other discussions I've had here, age is a big thing in the NFL, and he could see his production drop off.  But even at 33, he made a Pro Bowl with over 50 tackles and 6.5 sacks, with his other best seasons coming over 30.  

With the Ravens excelling in managing playing time and platoon roles, I can easily see another excellent season or two from Campbell here.
