He's got a no trade clause, and they have a Feb 15 deadline. If the Raiders can trade Carr it's more ammo for the Packers can request for Rodgers. If the Raiders have to cut Carr, obviously they won't get anything for him, it's worth a wait to see IMO. Right now the Raiders are probably fully prepared to cut Carr, so if they do swing assets for him then they should absolutely feel like that is house money and use it to blow us away with an offer that the Jets and Titans can't match.
