GB Scott
I have not really cared to watch the Pro Bowl for many years. I just turned it on and it’s flag football?? What’s with that? This is dumb.

Brat&Beer
It's been flag football for years. That's when I stopped watching.
TransientTexan
People were tuning out the Pro Bowl for years because of the lack of intensity, so the NFL thinks the solution to that is to dial back the intensity even more. Switching to flags isn’t going to make an NFL player less afraid of the real possibility of a non-contact injury, which is still present if they go all-out in speed and cuts. The whole thing is a joke & will remain so unless incentives change.
NFLGURU
The only thing missing was a remote feed of Fonzie jumping the shark!!! Need to dismantle this fiasco.

Zycho32
Honestly, I'll take all that over an insignificant 'match' with no stakes(which fits just about every All-Star game in existence). There's no incentive that'll put the genie back into the bottle, so to speak, so you might as well give up any pretensions of a serious gridiron bout and have a little fun during your vacation. Yeah, the league and the media are white-knuckling this trying to save something that is lifeless The honor is in being chosen. These guys are literally gladiators and they don't want to risk their career on a truly meaningless game. But we still want to be entertained and we still want to see our heroes. I suggest co-ed beach volleyball tournament with the players wives and girlfriends. Highlights and championship game on Sunday.

Kampfgeist
I think I logged in for a minute - realized the Pro Bowl QB's were Cousins, Goff, Geno Smith for the NFC and Lawrence, Huntley and Carr for the AFC and moved onto seeing how long I could hold my head on the stove

Do you remember when they had that Madden show where two guys would represent a team and meet one of their players and then play each other in Madden. Lol that would've been more interesting than the pro bowl.
