Pastor Dillon
Rockets might buy out Gordon and he could sign with the suns.

This year it feels more likely for them to lose with only 1/4 of a regular season (by the time KD is back) to build chemistry, but if they do then next year is looking cheeks for the league. Hot take, I don't think this even makes the Suns the favorites in the West. CP3 is declining pretty rapidly in terms of being a scorer, Ayton has almost 0 interest in being there. Booker and KD is really nice but they just traded two pretty key players for him. My sizzling hot take is the Suns don't even make the WCF.

I mean we shall see about that. They should win it all but they aren't the 2017 Warriors or anything. CP3 and KD still have to prove they can stay healthy for the rest of the season but in terms of fit? This offense should be one of the best we have seen in a while. Every time KD went down with an injury, the Nets just fell apart. Harden got traded last year and Irving requested his trade this season. What is insane is if he never goes down, they are right there with the Celtics and Bucks competing for the #1 seed. Does Irving STILL request a trade in that scenario? Hard to imagine even if the team was not willing to give him a four year max. The thing is that decision cost you KD so should they have done it anyways? The Grizzlies could have put together a better package for KD but no clue why they weren't even in the hunt in the offseason nor now. Welp. Welp. I hope we aren't being too stubborn. They need to make a move. It's an arms race in the West, and we can't sit idly by. And get Brooks tfoh. He was booed by the home crowd the other night. We are tired of his ****.

Durant has how many years left on his contract? And everyone knows he is very close with Booker so of course he would want to play for the Suns, but if he gets traded to the Grizzlies, I doubt he is too upset. That would be a great team and he would get to play with a young stud in Morant. Just a big missed opportunity for the Grizzlies if they didn't put together a serious offer for KD. 8 minutes ago, seminoles1 said: I hope we aren't being too stubborn. They need to make a move. I get that their core is super young and they want to keep it for as long as possible but you have to make a serious run at someone like KD. You have a legit 3-4 year window with him and Ja and then once KD ages....if he does, then you adjust and try to get another stud star player to play alongside Ja. This team isn't getting out of the West this season and then who knows how the following few years play out. I was calling for the Grizzlies to trade for him in the offseason but it never gained any traction.

Why cant the Nets just be a team like the Bucks, Celtics, and Nuggets? All the Nets had was three individual talents in KD, Kyrie, and Harden. Instead of them trying to figure it out they run the minute any adversity hits. People will blame the Nets organization but those players need to be held accountability. Kyrie wanted total control. He cant be trusted. The thing imo is KD and Harden never truly wanted to be in Brooklyn. KD wanted to follow Kyrie who wanted to come to Brooklyn. Harden really wanted to follow Morey to Philly but no way the Rockets was going to trade Harden to Philly and give Morey what he wanted. So Harden next best thing was teaming with KD and Kyrie in Brooklyn. So his heart wasnt fully invested. The second Kyrie started to pull is crap Harden was out. So yes Im optimistic about this team bc I truly feel like the Nets got out of a very dark cloud. I get that talent is everything in the NBA but not at this expense. As I said the you cant polish turd. The Nets tried. They tried to do everything and some to get this to work by continuing to say yes to everything KD and Kyrie wanted. The second they started to say no, you saw both of them get deep into their feelings even though none of them won a thing for the Nets. One playoff series and they act like they should continue to be told yes. Nets organization just had enough and honestly I cant blame them. Mox
I'm still not sold on Phoenix. That team is loaded with front runners, quitters, and fragile athletes.
