Don’t need to get into the larger picture of it being a thing. But, I do like that they fixed the Rooney rule, if you are going to have something like that actually have it do what you intend. It was such a farce for so many years. Biggest change was making it so internal candidates didn’t count. How many teams had a lower position guy come upstairs for an interview that everyone knew was just a box tick? I’m sure guys like Duce got sick of it.
