Alex Flood
Pretty self exploratory, rank them accordingly. Edited February 14, 2023 by Alex Flood
DannyB
At their peak? Definitely Gronk Then I guess still Gonzo, but I could flip Gonzo and Kelce around without much issue.
THE DUKE
Gronk and Gonzo were far superior blockers than Kelce, especially Gronk who is one of the better blocking TE's I have ever seen. Kelce is more of an H-Back or even WR than a TE.

drew39k
We doing primes? Careers? Fits? Single game? Gronks prime is tops. If I need a TE for my team for one game or one season prime gronk is it. Monster run blocker while being nearly uncoverable due to his size speed and body positioning. Career wise Kelce is going to pass gronk in just about every offensive stat, despite gronk having Brady for his entire career. Kelce is such a dynamic offensive weapon at the te position he creates mismatches and produces at an incredibly high level. Gonzalez probably suffers a bit from recency bias towards the other two. Gronk and Kelce are big brands that get plenty of media love and highlights. This helps people elevate them over a guy like Gonzales. It's not dissimilar to a guy like Curtis Martin, who retired at number 4 all time rushing. One of the dogs against him is that he played a long time, padding his stats. It's a weird phenomenon were some players(Brady, rice) are praised for extending their careers and others like martin get derided for it. I think Gonzales might suffer in this category. Tldr, gronk prime is goat, but gonzo/Kelce will have better careers with a slight edge to Gonzales because he was a better blocker.

scar988
Gonzalez - changed the position to what it is today. Gronk - brought back in more of the two-way guy than just a pure receiver Kelce - Beast. In that order. But that's like picking what do you like better between Reese's cups, Twix and Snickers. Everyone is going to have a favorite.
AFlaccoSeagulls
Gronk is the most complete TE of all-time. Block. Catch. Run. Isolate. Dude literally could do everything at an elite level. The comparison between Gonzalez and Kelce is harder to draw because Kelce has had Mahomes for his entire career with an elite scheme as well, whereas Gonzalez never really had that when he played until he went to Atlanta in his twilight. I think I would rank them just like everyone else: Gronk > Gonzalez > Kelce

Mahomes entering the lineup has certainly helped, but he does have great production without him too.
biggie.
Gronk - I really cringe how some are trying to suggest Kelce is better simply because Gronk was injury prone. When healthy Gronk was our Weapon X; he excelled at everything. Gonzo - Sad how much people have forgotten him because of Kelce. Befkre Gronk, Gonzo was the undisputed GOAT TE. Kelce - Absolutely dominant receiver. Edited February 15, 2023 by biggie.
