I hope it happens and we get a more creative offensive coordinator, who challenges Koetter. But the reality is Bajakian will get a promotion and we'll just get a new QB coach. The Bucs staff is getting canned this off-season anyway and he doesn’t deserve to be on the unemployment line for a HC who wouldn’t let him call plays and fully work with the offense.
