The mock draft I used the PFF simulator with NFLDraftbuzz for my scouting reports. His pro-rated bonus money (which cant be lowered) is currently 15.833m so factoring in league minimum salary, his cap charge cant go lower than 17m. Any bonus paid would increase that He's taking prorated bonus cap hits from previous signing bonuses (contracts and restructures) and "converting" them to signing bonus, so prorating them again.
