Dalton Kincaid is an elite receiving tight end, who possesses super soft hands, runs crisp well-disciplined routes, and has the speed making him uncoverable by linebackers. He however doesn't offer much of a blocker and so will likely not be regarded as a three-down player in a traditional pro-offense.
He'll likely put-up good numbers at the next level although his limited blocking ability will keep him out of the first round in the 2023 NFL Draft.

  • Super productive TE who led the nation with 70 receptions and 890 yards - looks and plays like a receiver.
  • Kincaid is a former basketball player who plays with smoothness and balance and shows a knack for setting up defensive backs.
  • Tracks the ball well on intermediate routes - is rarely caught out of position.
  • Is explosive off the line and has the deep speed to create some separation against safeties.
  • Runs perfect routes and has an impressive catch radius.
  • He has soft hands and uses his frame effectively to shield defenders, making him a major threat in the red zone. Kincaid can also turn up field and break a tackle.
  • A lean athlete with obvious upside - flashes the ability to make the outstanding catch.
  • Quick athlete and is usually sure handed as a receiver. Much-improved route runner, creating space in coverage.
  • Decent strength and effort to run through arm tackles.

  • His motor is excellent, and he’s quick to locate the ball and make plays against the run.
  • Made Bruce Feldman's Freak's List - ranked #20. He wrote "White was a devastating player for Old Dominion in 2019, making 19 TFLs. He was 265 then. He transferred to Tech, but then suffered an ankle injury that sidelined him. He’s now 6-4, 290, and primed to be a problem for ACC teams. White has hit 21 mph despite being almost 300 pounds. He also has vertical-jumped 32 inches and done 38 reps of 225 on the bench press."
  • White has decent enough flexibility to bend the edge, and White shows a good closing burst.
  • Tall, solid frame with adequate length and has done a nice job losing the bad weight and firming his body.
  • He has a lethal spin move and the pure speed to close quickly.
  • White has an excellent feel for working off blockers and knowing how and when to counter as the play goes on.
  • He’s a high-motor player, and he shows good enough hand use, as well as a tight spin move, to win as an edge rusher.

  • Tillman has quick feet and good body control, allowing him to gear down and quickly get in and out of cuts. His hands are good, and he’s a creative runner after the catch with the elusiveness to slip tackles in space.
  • Although Tillman is more of a possession target than a field stretcher, he fiercely competitive demeanor and run-after-catch ability make him a major threat in the middle of the field.

  • As a pass protector, he plays with good balance and holds up against the bull rush. Vorhees has strong hands and does a nice job gripping and latching on once he has his hands on the pass rusher.
  • Has a powerful lower body and enough leg drive to knock defenders back at the point of attack. Vorhees flashes light feet as a pass protector, with the ability to mirror against quickness and the anchor strength to hold up against the bull rush.

Auburn linebacker Owen Pappoe declares for NFL Draft - al.com

Owen Pappoe LB/ST Auburn.

RUN DEFENSE:

Pappoe may not be the biggest or strongest linebacker prospect in the SEC, but he does flash the kind of elite playmaking ability with crazy speed and range that NFL teams love. He, however, needs to play up to his athletic traits which thus far he has fallen a little short of doing so.
Pappoe has great potential if he can hone his skills and is positioned in a scheme that takes full advantage of his talents.
We expect Pappoe to be selected in the second/third round in the 2023 NFL Draft and develop into a playmaker at the next level.

  • Auburn's Owen Pappoe (6'1/209), who calls himself 'the Freak' is a five-star talent who has been compared to Alabama LB Dylan Moses. ESPN's Tom Luginbill said the two have "physical traits you can't coach" and that was on display at a recruiting event in 2018 when Pappoe put up a 40-inch vertical and ran a 4.47-second 40-yard dash he is reportedly even quicker now.
  • A natural leader - has been the head of the Auburn defense for two years.
  • Elite athletic skills -- Made Bruce Feldman's 'Freaks List' at number 8. He wrote: "He’s made 165 tackles and six sacks in his career for the Tigers, and he’s determined to bounce back from missing part of last season and the spring with a leg injury. Folks inside the Auburn program say he is aptly nicknamed “The Freak.” The 6-1, 225-pounder bench-presses 435 pound and has been clocked in the 40 at 4.32."
  • Equally good against the run and the pass
  • Closes quickly on relatively immobile quarterbacks. A consistently heavy hitter who flashes explosiveness and the ability to separate the ball.
  • Keeps feet moving after initial contact. Jumps inside as a counter to typical rush but needs to show a larger variety of moves.
  • Pappoe reads the offensive line well and attacks blocking schemes - has a natural feel for the game.
  • Twitchy athlete who translates the testing explosion onto the field. Uses his outstanding closing speed to disrupt opposing offenses both as a blitzer and striker in space.
  • Shows toughness to get under the pads of tackles to bull them, club them up field to get the inside lane, or fight through blocks for the secondary rush when the passer steps up.
  • A very smart player who understands the nuances of the game - and is instinctive in coverage.
  • Can attack the edge with speed and has the flexibility to dip low and under the tackle's reach.
  • Quick hands prevent blockers from getting their hands into his frame.
  • Greet feel in coverage. Often arrives at the receiver at the same time as the ball, giving up few yards after the catch. Possesses straight-line speed to stay with or chase down receivers in man.

  • Jones tracks the ball well downfield and consistently runs under long throws.
  • Jones is a natural playmaker, at his best with the ball in his hands.

I misread this and thought that you traded pick 259 for pick 18 and 48, and I was like, well... if they would go for that...  hahahahahaha!

Interesting mock keeping both Love and Rodgers.  Haven't seen that very often.

Hit one of my draft crushes in Keion White.  I think he would play a stand-up edge for us though.  And he and Hall may be a bit redundant.

I also think that drafting Tillman while bringing back Lazard seems a bit redundant.  I think that he would fill a very similar role to what Lazard offers.  But I am a lot higher on our 2022 WRs than most, so perhaps they are not your flavor.
