I don’t really get into the “who won” debates Rams needed cap relief and Miami really needed a corner. I don’t think Miami would have found a Ramsey at pick 77 a ton of money being spent on Ramsey but that’s Ross’s money and he is the reason they don’t have a first round pick to potentially acquire a cb in the first.
