Valhalla Mock Draft MMXXIII: Cardinals on the Clock (#3)

It was a pretty easy pick for the Texans once the Panthers took Stroud, as Young has probably been written on their draft card for awhile.  Next up, a team that won't be picking a QB, the Arizona Cardinals. 

1.  Panthers - QB CJ Stroud (Ohio St) (11 votes, 2 for Young and Richardson)

2. Texans - QB Bryce Young (Alabama) (13 votes, 4 for Richardson)

But should they be picking a QB, possibly.

I went with Carter here. I could see Anderson as well.

If I was the Cardinals I’d be doing everything I could to trade back and hope someone wants to jump the colts. 
 

I think the right pick is Carter, but I think they will end up picking Anderson after the off the field stuff.

I think they go with Anderson. Best player at a position of need. That defense is a dumpster fire right now.

I went with Carter. 

Gannon saw what having a dominant down line meant for the defense. Carter is a dominating force inside.
