Good players for the Falcons in this draft but not taking Carter and not taking 1 D-lineman in this 1st 2 rounds is still a massive mistake imo.    My 2 picks in this same scenario would be

8 - Carter -  If the most talented player in the draft falls to you at 8 and you don't take him you are just dumb if you are the Falcons and you do this.

44 - Simpson or Fau - Im honestly ok with Simpson there if we go D-line 1st round.  His value is really good there and we can for sure use another high end LB.  But Fau is a good player too and we still sorely need to address edge rushers.   Just figured with Carter at 8 he provides enough oomph and talent on the D-line to grab another high end late 1st round talent at LB then.

I’m totally fine with that Colt’s trade especially if Stroud is still there (or even Young) but unless Jones plays guard I don’t think the Colts draft OT in the second. Raimann played well the second half of the season and will have a full offseason to improve even more. WR, CB or if we go guard John Michael Schmitz or maybe Steve Avila

1 hour ago, THE DUKE said:

What kind of drugs are you on where you think Eckler gets that kind of return in a trade?

Yeah.  Thats real bad.   For the same price, they could trade up for Bijan Robinson, a much younger and far superior talent.
