incognito_man
1. Will Anderson 2. Jalen Carter Edited March 26, 2023 by incognito_man
fattlipp
Put Bijan on the next one, chose Wilson cause it’s a Packers BB, but overall player grade… think Bijan is the 3td best player in the draft. Sandy
Went against the grain and went with JSN this time. Next time I might vote Paris Johnson. I think JSN brings certain elite skills that would make him an impact rookie for a first year starting QB. They're also the kind of skills that aren't available every draft, let alone finding them later on. Too many good edges on this draft for me to rank Wilson as neck and shoulders above the rest right now. For next time, if we still have Miles Murphy on the board, I see no reason why LVN and Keion White are not up there too. I rank each of them ahead of Murphy. ThatJerkDave
I was really debating one of the CBs. But then I stopped overanalyzing, and voted Paris Johnson. He looks like he will be good, and if he were to be a bust, he also has guard experience and could be a Robert Gallery type of bust rather than an out right failure. I feel like this guy would man our RT position for 8 to 10 years. Do the Ron Popiel, set it and forget it.
CWood21
To me, this is where there's a tier drop. I think Christian Gonzalez, Tyree Wilson, or Paris Johnson is the start of that next tier. Think you could argue JSN and Witherspoon this tier as well.

Or are any of the QBs top tier?
Old Guy
Other - trade down for additional picks.

Anderson and Carter are a cut above the rest by a lot. Even with as much as Chicago got for the #1 overall, they likely lost out on either of the two studs in this draft. Carter, has a chance to drop some because of the accident and his weight going up and not being able to finish the drills at his pro-day. Pretty much a red flag. I make my own rules! 😆 After Carter and Anderson are gone, we should be trading down and accumulate as many second through mid-third round picks as possible. More bites of the apple for similar players. And it should be on the Packers this year at 13 and 15. I'd add Broderick in this tier as well.

I think it's pretty clear there are only 2 blue chip prospects (Will Anderson and Jalen Carter) assuming you're not flagging Carter for character concerns. That second tier probably has Bryce Young and CJ Stroud in it.

I don't doubt that he can play LT. I was more so looking at Zach Tom's best fit, IMO is LT. I really like what he did last season. Get him on an nfl strength program, and a few cheese burgers, and we have a Bakh clone.

It's not a "what to do with our pick" it's literally just ranking all the players in the draft. Regardless of where we might take em.
