Great pick. See him as more of a DL here, but that's fine. Falcons need DL.

39 minutes ago, NYRaider said:

44. Atlanta  - Mazi Smith | DL | Michigan

Even if you consider Wilson a DL, this is a good pick. Can't have enough good DL for a rotation.

75. Atlanta  - DJ Turner | CB | Michigan

Good pick

40 minutes ago, NYRaider said:

110. Atlanta (From Tennessee) - Kayshon Boutte | WR | LSU

Not personally a fan of Boutte, but he does fit what ATL likes in WRs if he can keep his head on straight.

40 minutes ago, NYRaider said:

113. Atlanta  - DeMarvion Overshown | LB | Texas

Good pick

40 minutes ago, NYRaider said:

160. Atlanta (From Jacksonville) - DeWayne McBride | RB | UAB
161. NY Giants  - Kenny McIntosh | RB | Georgia

I do like the pick of a RB, but I think McIntosh fits better than McBride does.

226. Atlanta - Earl Bostick Jr | OT | Kansas

Good picks. Can always use depth at S and OT.

Me likey.

Me likey again. Campbell or Washington would be great here too.

Round 3

97. Washington (Comp Pick) - Tyler Steen | OT | Alabama

I don't hate the pick, but I think we could get someone that plays some here as well like Spears, Tomlinson, or Overshown

Me likey.

He doesn't move the needle for me, but I am not loving my options that are following at the moment.

Fine!

I like Dennis, but I don't need two LBs for depth in the draft.

Overall, very nice job for Washington.

You have Deuce Vaughn picked twice and Jarrett Patterson picked twice and Darnell Wright picked twice.

Dawand Jones falling out of the 1st round seems very unlikely, especially since worst case the Chiefs would love him as a potential RT if they move Taylor to LT, no way he passes them and dude is too big and athletic to totally go out of the 1st.  Keion White is another, doubt he gets out of the 1st round.  And Hooker 1st round pick by the Vikings, seems very good, especially since he is a product of the offense, my guess is Joe Milton does great things on Tennessee next year and is a better athlete and has a stronger arm.  Hooker is good just not 1st round good, especially with the injury and again that system offense.

Also Jordan Addison goes undrafted?  I assume you just forgot him...

Also where do you have these guys ranked, granted some of them will not be drafted by more than a few of them will I feel.

Those were copy paste errors.

I saw that teams are concerned about his weight, we've seen other OT with weight issues fall on draft night. I think White definitely could be a FRP but he's going to be a 25 year old rookie so that pushed him down my board. I put Hooker there because of the reports that they've been doing a lot of homework on him. Kirk only has one more year left on his deal.

He was meant to be in the 27th slot to Buffalo.

Interesting 2nd round you have for the Bears, a few of the later round picks I would go in a different direction but it is such a crap shoot after the 3rd round.

It was supposed to be Derrick Hall instead of Benton twice.

Thats honestly a very well thought out and great draft for the Falcons top to bottom.  Each pick makes great sense and you drafted the players for good value while still hitting needs all over the place.   I would 100% think the person who made this draft was a well informed Falcon fan if i didn't know any better.   A+ from me can't get much better than that i love it start to end.

Miami resigned all 4 of their RB's from last season. That, combined with Miami not placing a great value on the RB position, would suggest that Gibbs in R2 probably wouldn't happen. The remaining players in R2 like Ika, Benton, Musgrave, Bergeron, LaPorta could all good picks for Miami.

Ahmed/Gaskin are both role players, Mostert is 31, and they're not committed to any of their RB's financially after this season. Mostert/Wilson had their moments but you were still one of the worst running teams in the league and neither guy provides anything in the passing game. I know the 49ers coaching tree doesn't typically value RB's that highly but I'm sure McDaniel saw how much CMC's receiving ability changed the 49ers offense last year, Gibbs is going to be a stud 3 down back.
