Gilbert starting to look real good.

Yeah, he's settling in real nicely. I'm assuming Kelenic will be up after the all-star break. He seems like he's back on track.

Sounds like Raleigh is getting called up

Yup, got pulled after his first at-bat. Torrens has been pretty good since he came back up, but I'm down to see what Cal has got. Murphy's gotta go.

Any preferences for the draft today?

Of the bats we're linked to I'm hoping:

1. Frelick
2. McLain
3.Cowser

If we go pitcher:

1. Hoglund
2. Madden
3. Bachman

Seems unlikely we go prep, but Ford or Montgomery would be nice too.

Frelick is probably the top choice. Everyone seems kind of underwhelming though. I want Leiter. :(

Pretty pumped for Ford. Our top 6 is pretty clear, but I'd probably only rank Williamson above him in our rankings.

1. Kelenic
2. J-Rod
3. Hancock
4. Kirby
5. Marte
6. Raleigh
7. Williamson
8. Ford
9. Phillips
10. Stoudt

Will still be a good farm after Kelenic graduates. Plus we are expected to sign arguably the top IFA prospect next year in Felnin Celestin.

Id probably have Noelvi ahead of both Kirby and Hancock, but other than that I'm on board. Farm will definitely still be in good shape. Great shape, actually.

Also, should we think higher of Matt Brash? The slider and curve are easily above average pitches and he throws mid to upper 90’s on the fastball. He could be a welcome surprise. If he can control the strike zone a bit better we might have something good there.

Seems like most prospect sites have him ranked in our top 15. Relief risk apparently, but he does have impressive stuff.

Shoot even if he makes it as a reliever that would be great since we got him for basically nothing.
