Eagles27
^Yep, can't see them keeping Brash & Julio off the roster.

Mesa_Titan
If he stays healthy he's going to be so good. Stuff is nasty.

Could honestly debate that he is our best hitter already. Start the year off with: 2B Adam Frazier [L] CF Julio Rodriguez [R] 1B Ty France [R] DH Jesse Winker [L] RF Mitch Haniger [R] LF Jarred Kelenic [L] 3B Eugenio Suarez [R] SS JP Crawford [L] C Cal Raleigh [S] Move him down if he struggles, but I want him to get as many AB's as possible. Mesa_Titan
Official. J-Rod makes the roster. I assume there’s going to be a lot of Haniger and Winker swapping DH days. That or we platoon Winker. Which probably needs to be done anyways. We shall see.
Mesa_Titan
It’s weird because we’ve seen so many of them fail, but Julio just seems different. I’ve never been more confident in a guy being a superstar as a Mariner than him. The last guy I thought this highly of was Bryce Harper. Eagles27
Possibly looking at OD lineup today.

Hopefully we’re not trotting out Murphy a lot just because he’s a likable guy. Raleigh is ready to usurp. He’s better at everything.
Mesa_Titan
Gabriel Gonalez's fangraphs page has him listed at 5-10/165 lbs. There is no way. He's easily 190 now.
Mesa_Titan
Also, Julio just said he's 6'4 225 mid inning interview. Doesn't surprise me at all. Kid's huge.

Honestly was most worried he would be the PTBNL in the Winker trade. Losing Phillips sucks, but really glad we kept Gonzalez.
