Something I did years ago (but got taken over by another poster more recently) was the post-draft mock. I'd never seen it done before I did it (though it may have been).

Basically, your 'big board' is the actual draft. You may take any player still on the board when you pick. You may not make any trade the Packers did not make...........BUT...........you can refuse one they did make, and stay with the original picks.

You have a big advantage in knowing where all the players went, but you have a tiny fraction of the resources the Packers themselves can bring to bear on any prospect - and they also have multiple very talented evaluators to sort through the prospects. Make your choices, file them away and see if in a couple of years you did better, the same, or worse than the Packers choices. Obviously, the post draft mock should be made as soon as possible after the draft, so you have no extra information on players.

That is always a fun exercise.  My 2022 one was funny because I was all about Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Zach Tom, but I would have taken them all earlier than we actually got them.

I just released some finless brown...

They say they are good for spear fishing. I've never done it but have heard a stick in the brown is an unforgettable experience.

Justis Mosqueda -   We asked you who you think the Packers will take out of their realistic options at #25.

The first two results:
1. Cooper DeJean
2. Graham Barton

If they stick and pick I'm going with Kool Aid, and thats just a guess.  Pretty solid player and if they dont pick him at 25, they might come up for late 1st/early 2nd for him.   I think Barton and DeJean will be gone.

My Brian Thomas Jr draft crush is still on but its seems pretty unlikely.🤞

That's like the highest I've seen Darius Robinson.  I applaud it.  He belongs up there, if not even higher.

He's definitely one of "my guys." People keep knocking him for his lack of athletic ability for the edge....but he's not an edge to me, he's a base 5-tech with interior rush package ability.

I think teams agree with you on DeJean.  Guessing he goes 15-20 once the 3rd/4th qb go.

Interesting you have DTD your third rated Safety. And you got Cooper, Wilson and Colson all quite closely rated.

Another prediction I have after getting through this class and peeking at next year, Gute won't take a RB earlier than 5/6/7 this year. We saw it last year with Gute passing on taking an OL after three straight years of 3x OL picks (and most likely again this year), last year was a weak OL class, this year is great. He waited to pick from a position of strength.

We may be looking at an abnormally strong RB class in 2025, Ollie Gordon OK State, Omarion Hampton UNC, Quinshon Judkins OSU, Treyveon Henderson OSU, Jaydn Ott Cal, Donovan Edwards Michigan, Tahj Brooks Texas Tech, Devin Neal Kansas, Damien Martinez (transfer portal), Ashton Jeanty Boise State all are established runners still in college, I'd put Gordon, Hampton, Judkins, Henderson as RB1 this year. Maybe Donovan Edwards too, it'd be close. Etienne could blow up at Georgia, CJ Baxter is the lone guy at Texas now, Tawee Walker will get lots of run for the Badgers, and there's always 2-3 that come out of nowhere.

Don't chase a poor class Gute, just let Jacobs and Dillon handle it, pick from a spot of value next year.
