Tucker can at least be used as a returner or gadget player. Got some top level burst which makes the team fast. The weird part is if they had taken Bennett at 100, which was the bigger need and just waited until 109, no need to trade up for Tucker it would have looked better. They also risked losing out on their CB by taking Tucker before Bennett. I don't think it's on par with Muse, Tucker will actually play and probably do well at times.
