Things I love:

  1. Unlikely to see any snow, outside of maybe the Black Friday game against the Jets.  This is massive for a team built on speed.
  2. 0 Thursday games.
  3. Away game against KC is in Germany.  That's a neutral field.  I will take any advantage, however small.
  4. The Friday game is preceded by a home game and a bye week.  It's a short week, but the players should be well rested.
  5. Our MNF game is at home and the following week is also at home.  No travel there is big.
  6. A west coast trip to start the year is much easier to handle then one midseason during the grind.

Things I don't love:

  1. Only 1 home game in September, and it's against the Broncos, who we shouldn't have issues beating anyway.  The heat advantage is real.
  2. ChargIRS will be healthy, as it is only game 1.
  3. Eagles game is away.  That's the one NFC East team that you really wanted at home, especially since it's on SNF.

Honestly, this is a pretty decent schedule.  Have to imagine Week 18 is flexed as well.

I see enough televised games ( I live in Both the Washington and Carolina TV markets as far as televised NFL games) there for me that I think I will pass on purchasing the Sunday Ticket this year, I have Amazon Prime with my Xfinity package and that gives me the NFL Red Zone which I really started to like last year which was my first season without the NFL ticket since 2006.

At this point with a healthy Tua and team I feel Miami can win any game at any site just bring on the season.

I love this schedule.  Because all the West Coast teams are home games for us at Hard Rock.  We looked like a very tough team to beat last season until we traveled to the West Coast and the wheels fell off.

Charges @ Hard Rock

Denver @ Hard Rock

KC @ Frankfurt Germany ( wish this game was 5 weeks sooner so I could do Oktoberfest in Frankfurt then watch the game )

Raiders @ Hard Rock

Huge not to travel to the West Coast for any of these games

Edit:  I need to work on my reading comprehension LOL Week 1 is in LA.......  Now I'm suddenly disappointed.

And it's at 1pm and the change in altitude is a significant factor for the big bodies up front.......  If we can't run the football in this game I'll be concerned.
