The Cowboys having a DE rotation of Lawrence, Crawford, Charlton, Elay and Gregory looks pretty solid. turtle28 Posted July 25, 2018 Author Share Posted July 25, 2018 (edited) The Cowboys may have a lot of talent in their DL but their top 4 DL all have issues and 3 of the 4 have been suspended before; Gregory is frankly lucky he’s still in the league. Apparently he’s going to have a chaperone like Dez did as a young player. 1. DeMarcus Lawrence has been suspended before and has contract issues. 2. Maliek Collins is their best interior DL and he’s recovering from a broken foot and is starting training camp off on the PUP list. 3. Randy Gregory - see above - has missed most of his NFL career because of suspensions and needs a chaperone like Dez Bryant used to. 4. DAvid Irving is dealing with personal issues and needs time off to start training camp. We all know he’s a headcase, it’s the reason he wasn’t drafted in the first 3 rounds.
