Only thing a win does is afford us the ability to lose to the 49ers and still win the division or go 3-0 and hope the Titans go 1-2 and make the week 17 game worthless. But! A win this week makes week 16 vs 49ers worthless (unless we go 3-0 and Titans 1-2), which means we could let the starters take a bye week against the 49ers if we aren’t going to wrap the division with a win then come in rested for winner take all week 17. Interesting the way all the math works out with this. The bigger thing is really just the statement anyway.
