Not thrilled about this offseason, but there are usually several surprises in his drafts and free agency classes, so time will tell with the current crop. I've had my gripes with this offseason - from hiring Vance instead of Kyle, to letting Wade walk, to some questionable moves in both free agency and the draft - but even still Elway is a an elite GM, one of the best of the best in the entire league, and this team would not be in the position it is - one the NFL's premier franchises - without him.
