Not at all. Zeke appealed and lost with the league almost immediately. All of the delays were caused by the court system,  not the league.

I still wish he didn't appeal, and I hope to all hope that he suits up vs Steelers, but....I am over this, and people need to move on. It's coming off as a perfect excuse to whack the Pats in general now.

He could have seriously hurt the guy....the more times I watch the hit the worse and worse it looks.

In the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter as much as the health of players, but Gronk may also have cost himself two million dollars over and above the game check  and roster bonus. Much harder to reach the top tier incentives now.  All Pro recognition probably the only route still open.
